At PPO Graphius a new sewing line is being installed as we speak. This line will be paired with two ASTER PRO sewing stations with a capacity of 12,000 cycles per hour per station.
To ensure good ergonomics, a RECMI Robot Palletiser will be installed at the end of the line. This unit has a capacity of 480 deposits per hour.
With this investment of over one million euro, PPO Graphius is all set to:
improve the quality of its bookbinding;
improve the working conditions of its operators; and
increase its binding capacity, enabling greater efficiency when processing books of a higher page count.
